Tokyo Alley is our main event which is hosted at a large capacity venue and takes the form of a traditional anime convention. This is a paid entry event.
Tokyo Market is our mini-event, specifically designed to support beginner artists in the community, and is primarily an artist market.

Tokyo Alley is a registered non-profit and charity organisation. We greatly appreciate any and all donations from our wonderful community!
You can donate online here, or drop a cash donation in the tin available at Tokyo Alley events.
Yes, we accept companion cards! To claim your eligibility, please purchase a “Companion Card Combo” package, which includes a free add-on for your carer.
Companion card holders must be accompanied by a paid ticket holder when claiming your pass at Front of House.
Tokyo Alley complies with the Terms & Conditions of WACompanionCard.org
Cosplay is not mandatory, but highly encouraged at all Tokyo Alley events!

A cloakroom will be available at major Tokyo Alley events (Tokyo Market not included), with conditions varying by venue. Please contact us for more details.
Space in the cloakroom is limited, and storage may not be guaranteed for smaller, miscellaneous, or late-entry items.
All lost and found items should be brought to the desk at the entrance (Front of House). Found items will then be handed over to venue management.
Tickets are sold through Humanitix.
Humanitix is a third-party service; sales will remain open until tickets are sold out, per venue capacity. On-the-day door sales will be based on remaining ticket availability.
Tickets purchased online must be presented and scanned at the entrance to claim your lanyard pass. Entry into the venue cannot be permitted without a valid lanyard pass.
Attendees aged seven (7) years and under are valid for free entry.
Attendees aged thirteen (13) years and under must have guardian supervision at all times. Tokyo Alley recommends that any attendee under the age of eighteen (18) be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets are non-refundable, with the exception of event postponement, cancellation, or extraordinary circumstances decided at the discretion of Tokyo Alley.
No pets or animals are allowed in the venue, with the exception of registered service animals. Service animals must be properly marked or distinguished.
Yes, you can take photos/videos at Tokyo Alley for non-commercial purposes.
If you are a photographer/videographer in the media industry and would like to capture the event (for commercial purposes), please apply for a Media Pass.
Please do not directly photograph/record individuals without their consent. Any behaviour in non-compliance with this policy will be considered and treated as harassment.
