Terms and conditions

Entry & Ticketing

All persons at Tokyo Alley events attend and participate at their own dignity of risk. You are responsible for your own persons and agree to not hold Tokyo Alley or its organiser/s liable for any damage, theft, or distress incurred at a Tokyo Alley event. You agree to follow all reasonable directions and requests given by Tokyo Alley and venue management, including staff, security, and volunteers. Possession of a ticket does not guarantee you access to all areas of the venue. Entering restricted areas without permission will be considered trespassing.

Tickets are non-refundable, with the exception of event postponement, cancellation, or extraordinary circumstances decided at the discretion of Tokyo Alley. We do not endorse the practice of reselling unverified tickets. Please be careful when purchasing a ticket from a stranger or unverified platforms.

Wristbands (proof of entry ticket) are required to be worn properly and attached around the wrist for venue/event entry. A wristband that is not attached around the wrist is not considered valid. Wristbands must be worn at all times throughout the duration of the event. The removal or alteration of wristbands renders proof of entry/purchase void.

You must purchase another ticket in order to receive another wristband. To avoid overcrowding caused by unfavourable intent to bypass ticketing policies, wristbands will not be replaced for free even if the attendee has previously purchased a ticket. Verified guests and carers are exempt from this condition.

Attendees aged seven (7) years and under are valid for free entry. Attendees aged thirteen (13) years and under must have guardian supervision at all times. Tokyo Alley recommends that any attendee under the age of eighteen (18) be accompanied by an adult.

Tokyo Alley and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject you for behaviour in non-compliance to the listed “Terms and Conditions”, “Code of Conduct”, and relevant guides. Refunds will not be available if you are ejected from the event by Tokyo Alley or venue management.

All “Terms and Conditions” pertaining to ticketed entry do not apply to Tokyo Market events.
