Photography & Media Policy

By participating at Tokyo Allet events, you understand that you may be photographed or filmed, directly or indirectly, at Tokyo Alley events. Tokyo Alley may use event photography/videography of a person’s likeness for the promotion of Tokyo Alley branding, events, and projects. Photos from our website or social media will be removed upon request.

General attendees may take photos/videos at Tokyo Alley events for non-commercial purposes. If you are a photographer/videographer in the media industry and would like to capture the event (for commercial purposes), please apply for a Media Pass.

Please avoid obstructing pathways or doorways. Do not loiter in a single area that would potentially draw a crowd or queue. Unless you hold a Media Pass, do not bring any studio equipment (such as a tripod or flash instrument).

You must always have express consent before photographing/recording others directly. Photography/recording of panel events is permitted unless expressed otherwise by the individual or event officials. Disregarding this policy will be considered and treated as harassment.

Photography, videography, or recording are prohibited in restricted areas, including volunteer/staff-only rooms and restrooms.
