Yearbook Project 2026
The Tokyo Alley Yearbook is a fundraising project CELEBRATING our 10-year long history, and we’d love for you to be a part of it! Share your fanart, photos, and memories to be published in this exclusive and commemorative publication.
This is a fundraising and community project where all proceeds will benefit future Tokyo Alley community events and creative opportunities. The official book will be available for purchase at events, debuting at Tokyo Alley CELEBRATION!

What you can submit
A written story/statement about your personal Tokyo Alley experience. You can also submit a related photo.

This submission can be of existing fanart or something new that is made for this project. These images will be featured throughout the booklet.

- When submitting a photo, you must have the rights to distrubution and consent from depicted parties.
- Generative AI must not be used to create or alter your images/text.

What is a TOUKO-SONA?
Versions
A TOUKO-SONA (Touko Persona) is a self-insert charactA TOUKO-SONA can be a completely original design, your character/yourself cosplaying as Touko, or your character dressed on-theme (CELEBRATION)er; a version of Touko fused with someone else. That someone else can be yourself, your original character, or your mascot etc.

- Tokyo Alley reserves the right to eject a participant from the project if they are believed to have offended Tokyo Alley’s overarching Terms and Conditions or Code of Conduct.
- Participants understand they will not be monetarily compensated for their work in this project, and that their services are provided within a charitable context.
- Tokyo Alley may share or post participant artwork for promotional purposes.
- Artists will retain all rights to share, promote, modify, and sell their artwork after the completion of this project.
- Tokyo Alley is a non-profit and registered charity organisation. You understand that this is a fundraising project for Tokyo Alley.
🗳️ Submission guidelines
- Your submission must be your own work, in your own words.
- Creative submissions must be your own work, meaning that it is not stolen, traced, heavily copied from reference, or AI generated.
- Memory submissions must be your own true account and statement, meaning you are not submitting on behalf of another individual, or that the words are AI generated.
- Photos featuring persons other than yourself must give permission for use of the image.
- Photos must include photography credit.
- You must have the rights or permission to submit any photo.
